Desiree dishes inspired by Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tales are

produced since 1970

The ornamental motif is in relief and the plate is hand-decorated in classic cobalt blue shades applied under the glaze.

The dish is produced in limited quantities and production ends at the end of the year with the destruction of the original shape, making it impossible to reproduce.

As a guarantee of authenticity, the plate bears the Desireé mark: Desireé Denmark - Old Copenhagen Blue - Svend Jensen of Denmark. The progressive number of the edition and the title of the plate.

The plate measures 18.5 cm in diameter and on the back it has two holes, made by the Desireé factory during production, so it can be hung.
