RETURN IN CASE OF DAMAGED GOODS

I WILL ACCEPT THE RETURN ONLY IF YOU HAVE SIGNED WITH RESERVATIONS AND AFTER HAVING RECEIVED PHOTOS OF THE PACKAGE AND THE CONTENTS STILL IN THE PACKAGE.

Also remember to check, if the shipment is multi-package, i.e. composed of several packages, that none are missing.

When we sign without reservation upon delivery, we are declaring that the package arrived is compliant and intact and therefore we release the courier from any liability. You therefore understand that it is essential, before signing, to verify that the package is intact and otherwise sign with specific reservation. This is a measure that allows the sender to seek compensation from the courier and recover at least part of the value of the product.

Take photos of the package and the contents still in the box.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the delivery date

The shipping cost is charged to the customer

The returned item must be in resalable condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and wrapping without any tampering and/or signs of use.

Any tags must not be removed.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive the return.
