INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

TABLE GRILL with natural soapstone

1. Before use, wash the stone with hot water, without using detergents.
2. Grease the top with cooking oil and sprinkle with salt.

1. Place the stone in its holder (rechaud) and place them in the cold oven.
2. Preheat the oven to approximately 200°C (400°F) and let the stone heat for approximately 20 minutes, until it reaches the ideal temperature.
3. Light the burners supplied with the set (for safety reasons we recommend using them only with the appropriate fuel paste, sold separately) and place them on the base.
4. Adjust the desired temperature by opening the burners
5. If the fuel paste runs out during use, it can easily be replaced with a new one.
6. We recommend, again, avoiding the use of alcohol, spirits or other flammable liquids.
7. Before starting to cook, it is advisable to grease the stone again with oil, an operation which should be repeated each time.

After use, let the stone cool, then simply clean it with hot water, possibly using a sponge or brush.
